In cases where an obese or severely overweight child’s life is in imminent danger, CIOF will mobilize all of its contacts and resources to provide immediate hospital placement and payment of all expenses associated with emergency medical intervention.

This assistance will only be provided in special situations where the child’s family cannot afford to pay for treatment through insurance and other available financial resources.
